Biography

Ms. Jordan Griffin serves as Executive Managing Director, Global Head of Capital Formation, Member of Investment Committee of Strategic Partners Funds and Co-Chairwomen of ESG and DE&I Committees at H.I.G. Capital. She is based in the firm's New York office. She oversees all marketing and investor relations activities globally across the firm's private equity, growth equity, real estate, credit, and life sciences funds. Prior to H.I.G., She spent five years at Blackstone's credit business, GSO Capital Partners, where She led several fundraising and investor relations activities, across mezzanine, distressed, hedge fund, and customized credit strategies. Prior to Blackstone, Mr. Griffin was an investment banker at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers in the firm's Leveraged Finance Group. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a degree in Public Policy, getting her MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School.
