Biography

Mr. Glenn Woythaler served as Executive Director at Seabury Group. He joined Seabury in 2013 in the Human Capital Group. He has over 20 years of airline experience with leadership roles in finance, marketing, operations and international. He has lead numerous initiatives to expand revenues while lowering the cost of sales, improve operating performance while lowering operating cost and other efficiency and productivity enhancements. He began his airline career in finance and marketing roles at American Airlines prior to joining Northwest Airlines. At Northwest, he had positions of increasing responsibility in marketing, system operations control, international and ground operations. Following Northwest Mr. Woythaler became chief operating officer at Omni Air International. He also ran his own consulting practice. He graduated from St. Lawrence University with a BA in government and geology and received an MBA from the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University.
