Ms. O'Malley Hayes served as Board Member at Southwest Spirits & Wine. She served as Partner at Orox Capital Management. She is in charge of investment idea generation, trading, and sourcing. Ms. Hayes has 17 years of credit market experience, strong market relationships and extensive knowledge of the leveraged loan markets. Most recently, she was a Principal at H.I.G. Bayside, responsible for trading, sourcing, and maintaining sell-side relationships. Ms. Hayes began her career at Merrill Lynch working on the distressed debt desk, managing an institutional investor base consisting of banks, insurance companies, pensions, CLOs, hedge funds and private equity funds. Utilizing this comprehensive network, she sourced and traded bank loans, bonds and equity of companies ranging from new issue to stressed, distressed and restructured credit. Ms. Hayes received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
