Biography

Mr. Paul Harrington serves as Operating Partner & Advisor at Altamont Capital Partners. Most recently, Paul was President & CEO of Easton-Bell Sports, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of sports equipment for the Easton, Riddell, Bell, and Giro brands. Under his leadership the company successfully refinanced its entire capital structure, drove revenue growth with new category extensions in footwear, apparel and Powersports, increased gross margin through new product innovations, and invested in the company's global operational capabilities. Prior to joining Easton-Bell Sports, Paul served as President and CEO of the Reebok Brand, responsible for all global functions reporting to Herbert Hainer, Chairman of the adidas Group. In this role, Paul worked closely with the NFL, NBA and NHL to create profitable growth by expanding the licensed product business and retail partnerships. He was also the senior Reebok executive on the team creating $225 million of integration and cost synergy opportunities across the adidas, Reebok and TaylorMade brands. Prior to the adidas acquisition, Paul was SVP/COO of Reebok International Ltd leading global sales, worldwide product development, operations and specialty brand portfolio strategy. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Supply Chain for Levi Strauss & Co in San Francisco and held various senior product development positions with Ford Motor Company in Dearborn, MI. Mr. Harrington earned his M.B.A. from Babson College and IMD in Leusanne, Switzerland in 1990, and received his B.A. degree from Clark University in 1984.
