Biography

Mr. Mattias de Beau serves as Partner, Primary Investments & Member of the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Committees at Adams Street Partners. He focuses on the European primary portfolio and is involved in the sourcing, screening, execution, monitoring, and exiting of growth and buyout co-investments. He served as Managing Director at StepStone Group. He is a member of the research team and focuses on European investments and secondary investments. Prior to StepStone, Mr. de Beau was a Principal at Greenpark Capital, a secondary firm based in London. Prior to that, Mr. de Beau was an Analyst with Lehman Brothers Real Estate Partners, a global private equity fund focused on direct investments in real estate. He graduated with an MSc from the Stockholm School of Business.
