Biography

Mr. Phillip Currie is the Founding Partner of Shoreline Partners. He was widely recognized as an expert in selling businesses and is a sought-after lecturer and speaker throughout the Western United States. He spoke on the latest techniques and opportunities for building business value and selling privately held businesses. He has authored and published numerous articles on mergers and acquisitions. Among a group of contestants nationally, He won the competition for National Dealmaker of the year sponsored by the Association for Corporate Growth. He is known for his creative problem-solving skills and abilities to overcome negotiation obstacles. He earned a BS degree in Finance from the University of Montana and graduated from the Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Currie has served on numerous corporate, educational, and civic boards and currently serves on the Board of the Jackie Robinson Family YMCA and the Board of 24 Hours for Hank. He is also a member of the Downtown San Diego Rotary Club.
