Biography
Mr. Joseph DeFalco serves as Managing Director, Multi-Asset Investing (BXMA) at Blackstone. He has been involved in performing operational due diligence and monitoring procedures on the Hedge Fund Solutions Group's underlying hedge fund managers from a business/financial perspective. Before joining Blackstone in 2007, he was an Assurance Manager in PricewaterhouseCoopers Alternative Investment Fund practice. He received a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he graduated with distinction and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He also received an MS in Accounting from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and is a Certified Public Accountant.
