Biography

Mr. James Foster served as Vice President at Ares Capital Corporation BDC. He also served as a Mid-South Regional Manager, in the Direct Lending Group. Prior to joining Ares in June 2014, Mr. Foster was a Vice President at Keltic Financial Services, responsible for Business Development in the Mid-South. Prior to joining Keltic, Mr. Foster served as a Vice President at First Tennessee Bank, where he acted as a Commercial Relationship Manager. Mr. Foster serves on the boards of directors of the Tennessee Association for Corporate Growth, the East Tennessee Risk Management Association, as well as the Mid-South CFA, all non-profit organizations. He received a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Appalachian State University.
