Biography

Mr. Vincent Kazmer served as Chief Operating Officer at Austen BioInnovation Institute in Akron. Mr. Vincent Kazmer served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Interventional Imaging. Vincent has over 20 years experience in all phases of business formation and management. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of three biotech companies, both public and venture capital financed, and founded two life science companies. He has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Phase-I Molecular Toxicology, a toxicogenomics company located in Santa Fe, NM. He launched initial public trading of Lark Technologies' stock. He also closed four financings, including venture capital and public sources. Additionally, he has extensive operations and finance experience at Netgenics, a bioinformatics company, Copernicus Gene Systems, a gene delivery company, United States Biochemicals, a life science reagents company, and The BF Goodrich Company. He was a former submarine officer, he received his BS degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA degree from Stanford University.
