Biography

Ms. Robin Wynn serves as Senior Managing Director & Global Head of Employee Relations, Human Resources Group at Blackstone. Since joining Blackstone, She has been focusing on managing the recruitment process for roles within the Finance and Administration function. She also oversees Employee Relations and works with the team to provide coaching on development initiatives. Before joining Blackstone in 2008, she worked as an HR Business Partner supporting the liquids businesses in the Citi Alternative Investments business at Citigroup. She also played a key role in supporting the Global Private Equity business at Warburg Pincus. She has held the following positions - Vice President - Senior HR Generalist at Deutsche Bank, Divisional VP - HR Generalist/Employee Relations Officer at UBS PaineWebber, and Assistant Vice President of Technology Staffing and a variety of roles at Chase Manhattan Bank. She received a BA in Behavioral Sciences from Concordia College and an MS from Fordham University.
