Biography

Mr. Go Yamashita serves as Managing Director at KKR Capital Markets. Mr. Yamashita previously served as Managing Director of Investor Relations & Business Development Group at The Blackstone Group. Since joining Blackstone, Mr. Yamashita has been involved in analyzing various real estate investment opportunities in Japan. Before joining Blackstone in 2007, Mr. Yamashita worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecom group at Goldman Sachs, where he was involved in several M&A transactions in Tokyo. Mr. Yamashita received a Japanese law degree from Keio University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. In his role, Mr. Yamashita oversees a team of professionals who support KKR, the Firm's portfolio companies, and other clients by providing tailored capital markets advice and managing relationships and business development with institutional investors in Japan.
