Biography

Mr. Guillaume Tarneaud serves as Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner, Head of European Performing Credit, and European Performing Credit investment committee Chairman at CVC Capital Partners. Mr. Guillaume Tarneaud serves as Senior Portfolio Manager and Partner, Head of European Performing Credit at CVC Capital Partners. He is a member of the Performing Credit team based in London where he is a Portfolio Manager and heads the European CLO platform. He also manages the European Performing Credit investment team. He joined CVC Credit Partners in 2007. Previous experiences include working in the Leveraged Finance department at Natixis in Frankfurt and in the Deloittes restructuring advisory team in Paris. He graduated from EM Lyon Business School with an MSc in Management and from Paris Pantheon-Assas University with a master's Degree in Corporate and Tax Law.
