Biography

Ms. Donna Rodio serves as Managing Partner at Pine Street Partners. Previously, she served as a Partner at Ross & Company. She also served as a Client Partner at D'Antoni Partners, Inc. With over 25 years in healthcare before her executive recruiting career, she was an operating executive for early-stage, entrepreneurial companies as well as Fortune 500 entities. She began her search career with Strawn Arnold & Associates, and in 2012 joined the firm's affiliate, D'Antoni Partners, a specialist healthcare search firm. Her search expertise covers a broad spectrum of healthcare segments. With a concentration in healthcare services, outsourced services, medical products, and technology, her clients range from start-up and emerging growth entities to Fortune 1000 companies. She has significant experience working with private equity and venture capital portfolio companies, offering expert insight into developing senior management teams positioned to succeed in rapid growth, restructuring, and turnaround environments. Prior to the search, she was the Chief Operating Officer of an early-stage, high-growth multi-site healthcare services provider where she led operations and corporate development. In addition, she was one of the top performers as a commercial leader in multi-national organizations including Toshiba Medical Systems and Philips Medical Systems.
