Biography

Mr. Michael Perez served as Manager at Strategic Equity Group. He creates models for financial reporting and performs valuations for both closely-held and public companies. Michael is responsible for financial analysis, in-depth economic and industry research, audit review, and client management and advisory. Michael works closely with our Managing Directors, Managers, and Analysts in numerous industries for merger and acquisition consulting, employee stock ownership plans, fairness opinions, purchase price allocations, goodwill and long-lived asset impairment tests, as well as common and preferred stock valuations. Before Michael joined SEG he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Prior to graduating college, Michael served as a Sergeant in the United States Army and is a veteran of Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.
