James DiStasio General Information

Biography

Mr. James DiStasio served as Trustee at Eversource Energy. Mr. DiStasio served as Senior Vice Chairman and Americas Chief Operating Officer at Ernst & Young. Mr. DiStasio joined Ernst & Young in 1969 and became a partner in 1977. He served as a director of EMC Corporation from 2010 until its sale to Dell Technologies, Inc. in 2016. He has served as a director of the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley and as trustee of Catholic Charities of Boston, the Boston Public Library Foundation and the Wang Center for the Performing Arts. Mr. DiStasio received a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago. James S. DiStasio is retiring from the Board effective on the date of the Annual Meeting.
