Biography

Ms. Lisa Boksenbaum served as an Attorney at The Lynch Law Group. She is a member of the Corporate practice group, focusing on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate work for small to mid-size companies, as well as start-ups and emerging growth companies, with a concentration in the Energy and Technology Sectors, including the Oil and Gas Industries. Lisa joined The Lynch Law Group in 2013 after relocating to Pittsburgh from Seattle. She practiced law on the West Coast for 13 years and brings diverse public and private entity experience to the Firm. Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, Lisa served as general counsel for a number of start-up companies, including Brooklands, Inc., a medical device manufacturing company based in Boca Raton, Florida and Double Crown Resources, Inc., an oilfield services company headquartered in Henderson, Nevada.
