Biography

Mr. Steven Barrett serves as a Managing Director, Credit Investment Team at MidOcean Partners. He joined MidOcean Credit Partners in 2013 and is responsible for daily risk analysis and reporting, trade support/capture, and implementing new business initiatives. Mr. Barrett has over seven years of experience in fixed income capital markets holding both middle and front office positions. Prior to joining MidOcean, Mr. Barrett worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Standard Chartered Bank, and Lehman Brothers/Barclay Capital. His responsibilities included monitoring the overall risk of the trading desk and maintaining tight controls in regard to trade execution/capture. Mr. Barrett graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2005 with a B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University.
