Biography

Mr. Ravi Devireddy Co-Founded and served as Chief Technology Officer & Board Member at E8 Security. He has over 17 years of experience in building innovative, high-performance applications and services at leading technology companies. He has held executive positions across engineering, cyber security and data analytics during this time. Most recently, Ravi was the head of security analytics at Visa Inc, leading the company's security monitoring strategic initiatives, including security big data analytics, and next generation security monitoring to defend against evolving cyber threats. Prior to that, Ravi led technology leadership positions at Visa and IBM, overseeing engineering and development of multi-petabyte scale data systems that satisfy diverse set of applications such as OLTP, DW, BI, search and analytics. Ravi bring's a unique blend of experience in cyber security and large scale data systems to E8 Security Inc., As a thought leader and evangelist in big data and cyber security space, he has spoken at various industry conferences such as Strata, CIO summit and CSO summits. Ravi holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, and an executive MBA from University of San Francisco.
