Biography
Dr. Hai Ding serves as Deputy General Manager, Product Management at InnoLight. He serves as Director at ITC Vision. He is a recognized expert in semiconductor packaging. He started his career at Baird Corporation, a spectrometer manufacturer, as an optical engineer. After Ph.D. study, he joined the Assembly Technology Development of Intel Corporation, where he was a senior substrate engineer, and later held various management positions. He received Intel Achievement Award twice, and he owns two US patents. Dr. Ding received his Ph.D. on Mechanical Engineering & Master on Electronic Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and Bachelor degree on Optical Instrumentation from Tsinghua University of China.
