Biography

Mr. Levy Halevy serves as Chief Executive Officer at Israel Credit Cards. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Technology and Operations Division at Israel Discount Bank. Prior to his appointment, he served for four years as VP and Chief Technology Officer at Discount Bank. During his tenure, he was a key partner in formulating and implementing Discount's strategic plan and leading the Bank's digital transformation. Prior to that, he held a number of senior management positions, including Deputy CEO and Director of Information Systems and Technology at Menora Mivtachim, and Co-CEO at Malam-Tim. In addition, he served as a board member in a number of companies, including a member of the ICC board. He holds a master's degree in business administration from Bar-Ilan University, a bachelor's degree in law from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and a graduate of MARAM.
