Biography

Mr. Paul Kaminski served as Chief Financial Officer at Wellspring Capital Management. He joined Wellspring in 2010. Prior to joining Wellspring, Paul was a managing director and the Chief Financial Officer of BRS, a private equity firm focused on the middle market, since its inception in 1995. Previously, he spent 11 years at Coopers & Lybrand's Acquisition Advisory Services and Audit practices in the Detroit, London and New York offices. Paul received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and is a Certified Public Accountant.
