Biography

Mr. John Francis served as the Chief Financial Officer and Member of Disclosure Committee at Queenston Mining. He serves as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Jaguar Nickel Inc. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Alexandria Minerals Corporation from October 12, 2006 to September 28, 2011. He served as Chief Financial Officer of Duluth Metals Limited from November 20, 2006 to December 9, 2010. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of Red Pine Exploration Inc. (known as VenCan Gold Corporation). He served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer for several public companies including Consolidated Durham Mines, Dominion Explorers Inc. and O'Brien Resources. he served as Vice President of finance at Red Pine Exploration Inc., He has 25 years of financial management experience in finance and accounting within the mining and natural resource sectors and with public mining companies. He has held senior finance positions with Jaguar Nickel, Queenston Mining, and the Harbison Mining Group. He worked with Chartered Accounting firms Coopers & Lybrand (now, PriceWaterhouseCooper LLP). He is Chartered Accountant who graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (4 years Economics) degree from the University of Toronto.
