He has significant experience across multiple deals in Singapore, the Philippines, Malaysia, and Indonesia. He has served as the General Partner/Managing Director at Southern Capital Group (a private equity fund based in Singapore). Before joining SCG, he spent 11 years at McKinsey & Company, finally as the Managing Partner of the Singapore office. He specialized in financial institutions with functional expertise in M&A. Today, he is the Founding Partner of Grange Partners, a private investment holding company based in Singapore focused on venture and growth capital investments in SMEs across Southeast Asia. He serves on the board of several portfolio companies including Abans Finance. He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Psychology from Hamilton College.
