Biography
Mr. Philip Stone serves as Finance Director at Navig8 Risk Management. Mr. Stone served as the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director at Navig8 Product Tankers. He is currently Chief Accounts Officer at Navig8, where he joined in 2007. Philip is largely credited with establishing Navig8's strong reputation for accounting transparency. Navig8 performs monthly financial reporting and cash distributions for over 200 vessels, to 54 different customers all over the world. He trained as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in London and, prior to joining Navig8, worked for A.P. Moller Maersk from 1998 until 2007 in various countries. During his last 3 years with APMM, he acted as Group Financial Controller for The Maersk Company Ltd in London, the UK's largest shipowning company.
