Biography

Mr. Merrill Miller serves Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at Borets International. Mr. Merrill Miller serves as a Partner at CSL Capital Management. Mr. Merrill Miller serves as Independent Chairman of the Board at Ranger Energy Services. Mr. Merrill Miller serves as Partner at CSL Capital Management. Mr. Miller is the Executive Chairman of DistributionNOW and Chairman of Ranger Energy Services, a CSL portfolio company. Prior to assuming these roles, he served as President and CEO of National Oilwell Varco from 2001 to 2014 and Chairman of the Board from 2002 to 2014. Mr. Miller joined National Oilwell in February 1996. Mr. Miller's work history includes broad experience in the oil service and drilling contractor industries including 15 years at Helmerich & Payne, where he held various positions culminating as Vice President, US Operations. Mr. Miller graduated from the U.S. Military Academy, West Point and earned his M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors for Chesapeake Energy Corporation, Chairman of the Board of Transocean, Board Member of the Offshore Energy Center, Advisory Board Member of Spindletop International, member of the National Petroleum Council, and he is a member of the CSL Energy Council. Mr. Merrill Miller served as Board Member at Borets International. He served as President, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at Tuboscope Vetco International.
