Biography

Mr. Andrew Goscinski serves as Partner, Chief Financial Officer & Senior Managing Director at VSS Capital Partners. Having joined VSS in 1998, he supports VSS's private investment activities by participating in the accounting, structuring issues, tax planning and fund administration of the funds. He oversees all VSS financial functions including accounting and controls, budgeting, risk management and tax planning. He prepares and reviews all VSS financial functions related to the funds and its limited partners. Previously, he worked at Citibank Global Asset Management as a fund accountant and Sanwa Securities as a staff accountant for their brokerage services. He graduated from The College of New Jersey with a BS in Accounting with Honors.
