Biography

Mr. Stefan Jansen serves as Managing Director at 360 Advisory Group. He served as a Managing Director and Co-Head of Technology at Raymond James & Associates. He joined Raymond James in 2001 after leading the communications and technology group at Wachovia Securities (WSI). He previously served as head of mergers and acquisitions for WSI and Interstate/Johnson. Before joining WSI in 1996, Mr. Jansen worked with Citibank's mergers and acquisitions group in Frankfurt, Germany, where he specialized in cross-border transactions involving multinational companies based primarily in North America and Europe. He previously worked with Commerzbank AG both in Frankfurt and Los Angeles in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance roles. Mr. Jansen earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in business administration from the College of Charleston and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he was named a Fuqua Scholar.
