Biography

Mr. Nicholas Judd is a Founding Partner of 90 North. He was Head of Real Estate Fund Management at Shari'ah compliant Gulf Finance House for two years. Nick's direct real estate experience started with Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker, qualifying as a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 1991. Nicholas has an MBA, and a BSc in Estate Management. Nick has 30 years of diverse real estate investment experience since starting as a graduate surveyor at Knight Frank in 1988 and leads on 90 North's investment, capital raising and investor relations activities. His approach is to concentrate on the detail underpinning each investment from the perspective of the 90 North partners' co-investing their own money and to achieve alignment and the same profitable outcome for all investors. A key focus is building and sustaining a transaction team that shares his passion and drive. Nick has been working with Gulf investors since 2000 when he was a property fund manager at London based Capital Trust Limited. Before establishing 90 North, Nick lived in the Middle East for four years most recently working for Shari'ah compliant Unicorn Investment Bank as Head of Investment Development & Distribution. He holds has an MBA and BSc in Real Estate Management.
