Biography

Mr. Russ Williams is the Founder and serves as Managing Director at Mount Aspiring Capital. He served as Director at Intrinsic. He manages and executes engagements within the firm's financial reporting, estate planning, and advisory services for corporate, high net worth, venture capital, and private equity clients. In his two years at Intrinsic, he has been involved in equity valuations within the technology, healthcare, telecommunications, and energy sectors and in multiple assignments involving derivatives and complex securities. Prior to joining Intrinsic, HE was an intern at Crestone Capital Advisors in Boulder Colorado. He executed due diligence for the Business Development group and assisted the real estate team with a portfolio of directly held commercial real estate assets. hE graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a BS in Finance and a Real Estate Certificate. He recently passed all three levels of the CFA exam and may be awarded the charter upon completion of the required work experience. He is also involved with Denver Active 20-30, a non-profit organization that raises funds through several marquee events. The organization allocates upwards of $1 million annually to charities that focus on at-risk and disadvantaged children in the Denver area.
