Biography

Mr. Blake Shorthouse serves as Managing Director, Client and Partner Group at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts. He will be responsible for the firm's family office business and will report to Alex Fletcher, managing director of KKR's European clients and partners group, a spokesperson for the US private equity house confirmed. He joins from Credit Suisse, where he worked with high-net-worth individuals and families looking to invest in private equity. Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2009 he spent ten years at UBS, where he also worked in a relationship management capacity. He arrived there from the private client department of Merrill Lynch.
