Biography

Mr. Chad Holmes serves as Executive Vice President & Chief Corporate Development Officer at CRA International. Mr. Chad Holmes, who joined us in 2004 as part of our acquisition of InteCap, Inc., has served as our chief financial officer, executive vice president, and treasurer since November 2014. Mr. Holmes has been a member of our senior management since 2009. Mr. Holmes received his M.B.A. in finance and management and strategy from Northwestern University and his B.A. in economics from the University of Notre Dame. On April 25, 2017, our board of directors of CRA International Inc announced that he, our chief financial officer, executive vice president, and treasurer, relinquished the chief accounting officer role. He has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Corporate Development Officer and has resigned from his positions as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer as of the Commencement Date.
