Biography

Mr. Mark Wetzel served as Interim Chief Financial Officer at IO Data Centers. He oversees all finance, planning, accounting, tax and treasury functions for the Company. Mr. Wetzel has over twenty years of financial leadership with experience in investment banking & public accounting and operational finance. Before joining IO, he worked as an investment executive where he was CFO and Treasurer in the AVIV REIT, based in Chicago, IL. In that capacity, he advised on a $3 billion market cap healthcare REIT with 357 triple-net lease properties, 38 operators in 31 states with $210 million of annualized revenue and $2.1 billion of assets. Earlier in his career, Mr. Wetzel worked as EVP, CFO and Treasurer at DuPont Fabros Technology based in Washington D.C., managing a $3 billion market cap data center REIT with 2.5 million gross square feet of space, $385 million of annualized revenue and $2.7 billion of assets. He has an MBA from Xavier University and a BS in Accounting from Gannon University.
