Biography

Mr. Chang Yong Oh serves as Senior Vice President at Darby Overseas Investments. He joined the Darby Hana team in 2010 as an Associate to work on the investment activities of the Korea Emerging Infrastructure Fund. Prior to joining Darby, he was employed by Ernst & Young providing advice on project finance, structuring/developing financial models and analyzing the economic efficiency of a number of infrastructure projects in the sewage treatment, bridge, port, toll road, and light rail transit industries. Prior to joining Ernst & Young, he worked for Daemyung Grant Thornton in Audit and Tax Service. Mr. Oh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanyang University in Seoul, Korea and is a Korean Certified Public Accountant and Korean Tax Accountant.
