Biography

Mr. Paul Dittmann served as Partner at Pollen Street Capital. He joined Pollen Street in 2018 to head up the Real Estate efforts for the group. He joined M&G Investments where he created the senior commercial mortgage finance group. Since transferring to London in 1996, he has been active in the European commercial mortgage market. In the mid-90s he spent six years at Citi/Salomon Brothers establishing their European Real Estate Securitisation group before moving to Goldman Sachs where he co-founded the European Commercial Property Finance Department. He also worked at Barclays Capital where he focused on building Barclays Capital's continental European lending platform. He received his M.B.A. in Finance and Investments and a Master of Science specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Development from the University of Wisconsin.
