Biography

Mr. Peter Landers served as Partner at LBW Chartered Accountants. Peter was admitted as a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia on 14th October 1976 and granted the Degree of Fellow on 28th May 1987. Before becoming a partner at LBW Chartered Accountants, he was an Audit Manager at KPMG where he was employed for over 7 years in the audit division (5 years in Melbourne and 2 years in London). He is the senior audit partner and head of the business valuations section. He has been involved as an expert witness and as a forensic accountant in a number of complex fraud and business valuation matters and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Special Interest Forensic Accounting and Valuations Discussion Group. He also gives lectures and seminars to local small practitioners. Peter has been actively involved in the local community where he was a member of Rotary for ten years, has been on the Geelong Chamber of Commerce for over fifteen years and a former president, Honorary Treasurer of the Royal Geelong Yacht Club Inc. for over fifteen years and committee member of the Newtown & Chilwell Football Club Inc. for over 20 years.
