He co-founded Excellence O2 in 2009 after amassing more than 33 years of global experience in senior and executive management roles. As a Managing Director, he focuses on enhancing the operating performance of portfolio companies. Mr. Kassem was previously President of the MENA and Asia operations of Invensys Operations Management and also held several executive positions at Schlumberger, including Global Sales Vice President and Regional Vice President for the Middle East and APAC. Mr. Kassem holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from Birmingham University, an M.Eng. in control systems from Sheffield University and a diploma from Sloan School of Management.
