Biography

Mr. Roland Pezzutto serves as Managing Director at Marlin Equity Partners. He also serves as a Board Member at Linnworks and SmartSearch. He serves as an Associate of Corporate Investment - Europe at Investcorp. His primary responsibilities at Marlin include deal qualification, conducting due diligence, transaction execution, and portfolio monitoring. Before joining Marlin, he worked at Investcorp where he focused on private equity investments, including carve-outs, leveraged buyouts, add-on acquisitions, and exits across a broad range of sectors and geographies. Prior thereto, Mr. Pezzutto worked as an investment banker at Deutsche Bank where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions and public market transactions. He earned an M.Sc. in International Business from HEC School of Management in Paris, France, and a B.A. in Law from Università Cattolica in Milan, Italy.
