Craig Sinfield-Hain General Information
Biography
Mr. Craig Sinfield-Hain serves as a Managing Director at Investcorp. He also serves as Chief Financial Officer, Head of Business Analysis and Planning & Head of Investment Structuring and Business Support in Europe at Investcorp Europe Acquisition. He is also a Board Member at Investcorp Credit Management. Mr. Sinfield-Hain has been with Investcorp for 18 years. During his career at Investcorp, he has held various roles within the Finance department including Group Financial Controller from 2009 through 2012. He is currently the Head of Business Analysis and Planning and also Head of Investment Structuring and Business Support in Europe. He is also involved in multiple board directorships of Investcorp group companies and of holding companies for Investcorp's investments in private equity and real estate. Before Investcorp, he worked as an actuarial consultant for Watson Wyatt (now Willis Towers Watson) for nine years. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a bachelor of sciences degree in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois, from which he graduated summa cum laude with the highest departmental distinction. He completed his MBA with distinction at INSEAD in France in 2002.
