Prior to joining Viridian Investment Partners, he was the Chief Executive Officer at HEALTHeCAREERS Network, North America's largest healthcare online job board. Mr. Pastorius grew revenues over 3.5 times in his three years there, while improving EBITDA performance 3.4 times and increasing online unique traffic and conversions to 7.1 and 4.2 times respectively. Prior to HEALTHeCAREERS, he was President and Chief Operating Officer at Infotrieve, where he transformed the company from a $19M document delivery business to a $33M global provider of content management technology and information services for the life sciences and other R&D-intensive industries. From 1998 to 2003, Mr. Pastorius held numerous senior roles at Thomson Learning's Gale Group, a Thomson Corporation, including Executive Vice President, Operations and Chief Information Officer, where he led the operational, corporate services, and technology group, and was responsible for the strategic and tactical management of the company's electronic and print products offerings, and shared services. During Mr. Pastorius' tenure, the company grew from $155M in sales to over $350M as a world leader in e-research and educational publishing. In the early 1990's, Mr. Pastorius held several senior roles at First Data Corporation, including founding the country's first online employment application screening business, First Data Screening Services. Mr. Pastorius received his B.A. from Colorado State University and M.B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology - Old Westbury.
