Biography

Mr. Conor O'Grady serves as Chief Financial Officer at Systima Capital. He served as Managing Director and Head of Private Equity Reporting at Z Capital Partners. He was responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of Z Capital and its' managed funds. Prior to joining Z Capital in July 2011, Mr. O'Grady was the Hedge Fund Controller at Black Diamond Capital Management, where he was responsible for the review and preparation of monthly financial information. This included fund allocations, financial statements; investor capital accounts/reporting packages, investment valuation, and determination of NAV, as well as several other responsibilities. Mr. O'Grady was previously a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche LLP from 2003 to 2008 specializing in the Insurance and Investment Management industries. Mr. O'Grady received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (College of Business). Mr. O'Grady is a CFA charter holder and a Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Chicago, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Illinois CPA Society.
