Biography

Mr. Martin Mengwall served as Chief Executive Officer, President & Board Member at Quantum Circuits. He joined QCI as Vice President of Strategy, bringing a broad range of experience in corporate, investment and advisory roles in technology and other industries. He held leadership positions with GE as Senior Executive, Business Development for GE Transportation and General Manager, Global Business Development for GE Corporate, where he worked on strategic initiatives including acquisitions, joint ventures, partnerships and divestitures. Previously, he worked in investment banking with Goldman Sachs as Vice President in the Technology, Media and Telecom group. He has also been an investor with venture capital firm Highland Capital Partners covering several technology sectors. He received a B.S., summa cum laude, in Applied Physics and Economics from Yale University, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar.
