Biography
Mr. Boyd Wilson served as Vice President, Customer Support at TrustArc. He also served as Vice President of Customer Support at Teachscape. Bo thrives on creating an environment where high-performing support teams can consistently obtain rave reviews from their internal customers and a wide variety of external customer types. He has led worldwide teams to implement Knowledge-Centered Support methodologies that enable support organizations to capture, share, and maintain knowledge in daily workflows and ultimately drive operational efficiencies and customer loyalty. Bo obtained his B.S.M.E. with cum laude honors from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
