Biography

Mr. MJ Vaughn served as Managing Director at GlassRatner Advisory & Capital Group. He is a graduate of the school of Business Administration at California State University of Northridge and is a native of California. MJ has approximately 40 years of combined experience in both the wholesale and retail side of the automotive business. He has been involved in all aspects of managing, financing, restructuring and buying and selling auto dealerships. As a representative of General Motors, Oldsmobile division, he successfully consulted with and guided dealers on their business operations in Southern California, Idaho, Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska Nevada, Arizona, Utah and South Dakota, winning many awards for his work. This experience gave him valuable insights into the unique differences of running a successful dealership in a small town, suburb or urban area. Traveling from state to state, his knowledge of compliance to various state regulations as well as distinctive aspects of successfully running an automotive business in each state was solidified.
