Biography
Mr. Clyde Swoger serves as Founding Partner at Isleworth Capital Partners. Mr. Swoger served as Chief Executive Officer at Dutchland Plastics. Mr. Swoger began his private equity experience in 2007 as a senior operating consultant for the SAC Private Capital Group. During 2008, he assisted in the negotiations and consummation of two large healthcare technology acquisitions where he held the position of CFO for 3 years, led the integration and turnaround of the business units, completed an additional acquisition, and ultimately implemented an IPO on NASDAQ during 2011. During a 27 year career, he has been an executive team member in 28 acquisitions, five major turnarounds, one NASDAQ IPO and leader in all post-acquisition integrations. Mr. Swoger is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in Engineering and an MBA.
