Biography

Mr. Timothy Hanford serves as Managing Director in Charge of JCF Europe London, Co-President & Member of the Management Committee at J.C. Flowers & Co. He served as a Board Member of Pension Insurance Corporation and Interactive Investor. Before joining the firm in 2009, he worked with J.C. Flowers & Co. as Co-Head of FPK Capital and before that, as Head of Private Equity at Dresdner Bank and a member of the Institutional Restructuring Unit's Executive Committee. His other experience includes serving as a Board Director of Schroders, based in Hong Kong and Tokyo, where he was Head of Structured Finance. He serves on the boards of directors of Pension Corporation, JSCB Investtradebank, Castle Trust, Compagnie Européenne De Prévoyance, and Cabot Credit Management. He received a B.Sc. (Honors) in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham and an M.S. in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business where he was a Sloan Fellow.
