Biography

Ms. Cristin Brown serves as Chief Financial Officer at Headlands Capital. Ms. Brown served as Chief Financial Officer at Atlantic Street Capital. She brings over 25 years of accounting, finance, auditing, tax, and operations experience to Headlands Capital. Before joining Headlands Capital, Ms. Brown was the CFO at Atlantic Street Capital Management. Before becoming CFO at Atlantic Street, she served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at J.C. Flowers & Co. Before joining the firm in 2007, she served as Controller at Tailwind Management LP, a private equity firm focused on the middle-market sector. Before that, she was at Deloitte & Touche, LLP, in New York, where she served as a Manager working on large and small private equity clients focusing primarily on leveraged buyouts, mezzanine financing, and fund-of-funds. She began her career in Dayton, Ohio at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where she served clients in a variety of industries including banking, not-for-profit, higher education, manufacturing, and retail. She graduated from the University of Dayton, where she received her BS in Accounting.
