Biography

Mr. Praful Bhat serves as Head, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence at Godrej Agrovet. He has been a part of the Godrej organization for nearly 17 years. Praful began as a Management Trainee at the erstwhile Godrej Soaps in 1993, and has been an integral part of the Godrej group demonstrating an expertise in areas such as recruitment, employee relations and accounting. In a career that has spanned over a decade, he has worked in a variety of verticals with stints in Godrej Agrovet and Godrej Tea as General Manager, Operations. He has been a key contributor to the introduction of important programs like 'Manufacturing Pro Implementation' and the 'Productivity Improvement Project.' A Chemical Engineering graduate, Praful also has a Management degree from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies.
