Biography

Mr. Per Nordlander serves as a Partner at Verdane. He also served as a Board Member at Allgon. He also serves as a Board Member at Nordic Finance Business Partner, Bellmans Åkeri & Entreprenad, and BEWi Group. He joined Verdane's Stockholm office in 2007. He also serves as an Independent Member, Chairman of the Investment Committee, Member of the Risk and Regulatory Compliance Committee, and the Transformation and Technology Committee at Skandia Insurance Company. He has extensive experience as an entrepreneur and as a manager in the financial services and technology sectors. He was the founder and CEO of the two leading online brokerage houses in Scandinavia, Avanza and Nordnet, both listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. He has also served as a board member of the Swedish insurance company Skandia since June 2014. He combines his entrepreneurial background with professional experience in corporate restructuring, management, and consulting from OMX, Accenture, and the investment bank Öhman Securities, where he was an analyst. Additionally, he has been active in building companies such as JHC Securities (U.K.), United Brokers, and Fortissimo. At Verdane, He leads and coordinates the sourcing efforts and works with several of the funds' industrial holdings. He holds an MSc in Engineering Physics and Computer Science from Uppsala University (Sweden) and the University of Berlin (Germany) and was an attendee at the Stockholm School of Economics Advanced Management Program.
