Biography

Mr. Mike Reinarts served as Chairman at CTI Group Holdings. Mr. Reinarts served as Chief Financial Officer at Pohlad Companies. The Pohlad Companies are a private equity firm in the U.S. consisting of Pepsi Cola Franchises, Financial Companies, Sports Franchises, Commercial Real Estate, Entertainment, and Media Businesses. He serves as a director on several Private and Public Boards in addition to his duties at the Pohlad Company. He was a founding Partner of an institutional broker-dealer and started his career at Arthur Andersen and Company and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has been with the Pohlad organization since 1983. During the first several years he served in various capacities with the PepsiAmericas Operations. When not assigned to Pepsi, He has held various roles in the family office. The family office provides the family with income tax compliance, estate planning, investment management, and treasury functions. He also plays a key role in River Road Entertainment operations. Prior to joining the organization, He was with Arthur Andersen and General Electric. He has a BSBA from the University of North Dakota and remains an avid Sioux fan.
