Biography

Mr. Omar Rahman serves as Managing Director & Chair of the Equity Investment Committee at Vantage Infrastructure. He leads the Equity business and focuses on transaction origination, execution, and asset management. He is a director on the boards of companies relating to Ventus Investments and, previously, on the boards of companies relating to Phoenix Energy. He was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Infrastructure Partners, working on "core plus" European transactions, and, previously, he worked in the Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley covering Benelux clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the London School of Economics and a Master of Science in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
